The Administration department is the hub of the agency. The unit plans, develops, and implements services needed for income eligible citizens of the counties of Carroll and Grayson and the city of Galax. They establish policies and procedures to ensure quality services and maintain financial management. This department is also responsible for the quest for additional funding and support for Rooftop of Virginia CAP’s programs and services.

Rooftop of Virginia also has a tripartite, governing, Board of Directors composed of Elected Officials, Low-Income Representatives and Community Representatives. Rooftop currently has 18 Members that serve on the Board of Directors, which is responsible for oversight of the Executive Director and the Agency as a whole. The Board of Directors meet on a monthly basis, public citizens are welcome at each meeting.
