Administration

The Administration Department is the hub of the agency. The staff in this unit plans, develops, and implements services needed for income eligible citizens of the counties of Carroll and Grayson and the city of Galax. They establish policies and procedures to ensure quality services and maintain financial management. This department is also responsible for the quest for additional funding and support for Rooftop of Virginia CAP’s programs and services.
