Rooftop of Virginia CAP 2024–2025 Impact Report
This year, Rooftop of Virginia CAP empowered over 1,600 individuals across the Twin Counties through housing, education, family support, and emergency services. Highlights include:

• 450+ free tax returns filed through VITA
• $1.8M paid in rent/utilities via Housing Choice Voucher Program
• 634 homes made energy-efficient
• 4,572 meals served to children at Igniting Futures Academy
• 1,508 meals provided to seniors
• 106 Head Start students received medical exams
• $535 in food and 100 hygiene kits distributed during Hurricane Helene response
• $4.3M in total revenue supporting programs from Head Start to weatherization
• Launch of the Sandy Jones Memorial Award and a staff retreat focused on wellness and connection

The report also celebrates family engagement, school readiness growth, and the collective efforts of staff, volunteers, and donors who make this impact possible.
