Housing Choice Voucher Program
This program provides rental assistance to income eligible families. It is funded by Virginia Housing which provides many resources for help with renting in Virginia.
Community & Family Support Services
This department helps families and individuals in the Twin Counties with many different services, including emergency assistance.
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA)
Rooftop of Virginia CAP has been filing taxes free of charge for those earning under $65,000 annually for over a decade.
Senior Involvement
We provide a place for senior citizens to socialize, participate in activities, receive wellness checks and share a meal.
Igniting Futures Academy
We offer a caring and supportive environment for our youngest learners to encourage healthy growth and school readiness.

Our trained staff offer a neutral environment where children can maintain healthy connections with their parents while ensuring everyone’s safety and emotional well‑being.
