About The Program
The ROOF Program provides safe, structured, and child‑focused supervised visitation services for families with court‑ordered parenting time. Our trained staff offer a neutral environment where children can maintain healthy connections with their parents while ensuring everyone’s safety and emotional well‑being.
Through guided arrival and departure procedures, on‑site observation, and clear program expectations, ROOF supports meaningful family interactions while following all court requirements. All adult participants complete intake, orientation, and routine drug screening to help ensure a consistent and secure visitation experience. Visits can be scheduled up to once weekly, or until RTOV’s capacity to serve has been reached. 5 children may visit with one parent at a time.

to create a safe space where families can reconnect, rebuild trust, and spend quality time together; one visit at a time.
ROOF Fees:
The cost of a visit is determined by a sliding scale and is based on the visiting parent’s income. If no income documentation is provided at intake, the standard fee of $45 for a visit and $20 for an intake appointment, shall apply until income documentation is provided.

For a 1-hour visit:
Below 100% FPG: $15 nominal fee
101–150% FPG: $25
151–200% FPG: $35
Above 200% FPG: Full rate $45

All intake appointments must be scheduled through our Intake office. Our intake specialists are:

How to be Prepared for your intake appointment
- You must have a valid court order referring you to RTOV. Please bring it to your session.
- Proof of Identity
- Income documentation for all persons in the household. Please see the above note regarding fees. Anyone over 18 with no income must sign a notarized “No Income Form”. Social Security, SSI, Disability etc. must be proven with current year awards letter copy in file. Employment – At least one month of check stubs, etc.
- Your $20 dollar intake fee.
