Rooftop of Virginia CAP is working to bring about positive change in the lives of customers. We no longer want to be the band-aid for poverty, we want to heal the wound. In order to do this, we are embracing a change in how we offer services and programs. We understand that working more intensively with customers will enable them to better reach goals that they set for themselves and their families with the ultimate objective of reaching self-reliance. Using wraparound services, including those of our partners, we can better help families overcome poverty in the current generation and for those to come.

Our staff members encourage families to address key issues and barriers to their goals and provide guidance and support at overcoming those hurdles. Families are in control of their own paths with our staff members providing a coordination of services and support to help them meet goals.
